As the Marketing Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of marketing strategies tailored to various user segments. You will collaborate with product, content, growth, and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints. You will also analyze market trends, manage digital campaigns, and play a key role in community-building initiatives that reinforce trust and platform credibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans across paid, owned, and earned media channels.

• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and influencer marketing.

• Analyze campaign performance, user behavior, and conversion data to continuously improve ROI and retention.

• Coordinate global marketing efforts and adapt strategies to suit local market needs.

• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure product launches and feature updates are well-supported by marketing.

• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, ideally within fintech, crypto, or high-growth technology startups.

• Deep understanding of crypto user behavior, blockchain trends, and Web3 culture.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging and narratives.

• Proficiency in data-driven marketing tools, analytics platforms, and marketing automation software.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
