Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance evaluation, and employee lifecycle management

• Partner with leadership to design and execute organizational strategies aligned with business goals

• Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns, supporting career development, and promoting DEI initiatives

• Manage HR policies and ensure compliance with local and international labor laws

• Support remote-first and hybrid work structures with effective communication, engagement, and policy frameworks

• Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus
